Common questions
- Is the timer unlimited on Free?
- Yes. The focus timer and dive log are unlimited on Free. Pro adds data export and a Pro mark on the cards you share.
- Can I cancel an annual plan anytime?
- Cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-term on an annual plan, the remaining period is not refunded.
- How long is the Founders price available?
- It is limited to the first 100 members — no second round once they are gone. The Founders price ¥3,900/yr holds for life unless you cancel; after that you rejoin at the regular ¥4,900/yr.
- What happens when Lifetime seats run out?
- Lifetime sales end. Only monthly and annual plans remain after that.
- How can I pay?
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Amex.
- Does Pro renew automatically?
- Yes. Pro renews automatically until you cancel — ¥980 monthly or ¥4,900 yearly (¥3,900 for Founders). Cancel anytime in Settings.
